About the Author
Amy Letts creates comics and zines, particularly "Epic Fail" a fantasy-comedy about hapless adventurers based on D&D. She runs Caption Comics Festival, StART Art Classes, and is a co-ordinator for Oxfordshire Artweeks.
She is currently working on an autobiographical migraine comic.

Drawing people from real-life is a practise that requires intense focus. People move about and may even leave before the portrait is finished. The advantages are that it encourages capturing a likeness very quickly, and seeing individuals behaving naturally and unposed.
In this collection you will see a variety of people around Oxford, and the uniqueness of every face.
